The provisional Code of Conduct

1. Effective today and at this hour, all activities of previous volunteers will cease.  All registrants to the Harari Congress, founding and full members have equal right and obligation under this provisional Code of Conduct and on other matters of the Congress.
2. March 09, 2008 and at this hour, all Congress members registered prior to  February 29,2008 midnight are designated as The "Founding Members" of the Harari Congress. The names of these founding members will be available on the official website of the Harari Congress.
3. Those who registered after February 29, 08 are Full Members of the Harari Congress.
4. Each Congress member has an obligation to provide accurate and full information about his/her true identity. Intentionally providing false information regarding identity is sufficient ground for removal from the Harari Congress.
5. The provisional Board of Directors elected or formed by heads of sub-committees are fully authorized to run the day-to-day business of the Congress.
6. The Date and manner of officially declaring the establishment of the Harari Congress will be decided by the Provisional Board of Directors.
7. The Web Site and Core Pal talk Forum room of the Congress will be handed-over immediately to the sole ownership of the Congress and will be exclusively managed by the Provisional Board of Directors.
8. The Congress members will elect an ethics and conflict resolution team. The team will comprise of 5 Congress Members. This team will oversee, render decision and enforce this Code of Conduct and all other ethical violations brought forward to the Congress, and, upon investigation, the decision taken by this team will be final.
9. Only assigned spokesperson is authorized to issue official statement of the Congress to the public or appropriate parties.
10. No expense will be claimed until the Congress declares and convene its official business. All expenses in the course of the volunteer process will be absorbed by the voluntreer individual or group.
11. This Code will only be nullified by the permanently elected Board of Directors upon the establishment of the Congress and on final ratification of the Congress's by-law.
